Smoking is permitted only in designated outdoor areas. 🐾 Pets are not allowed, and the studio is not suitable for children under 8 years old. Shared spaces such as the pool and garden must be used respectfully and quietly, especially after 9 p.m. 🧼 Laundry service may be available upon request for an additional fee.

🛋️ Guests have full private access to the Agave Studio, which includes a private bedroom, bathroom, and an outdoor kitchen exclusively for their use. Guests also have shared access to the garden and swimming pool, which are shared only with the two other studios and the owners who live on-site. Outdoor seating under shade and garden views are available for your enjoyment. You’ll have access to all basic amenities, including high-speed internet, cooking essentials, fans, and A/C.
